How Our Billing Works:
- Trips will be charged on the customer credit card.
- We accept all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, AMEX and Discover card.
- Airport and Parking charges may apply.
- A fee may be applied to long stopovers & wait times.
- Extra fees may be applied on major US holidays.
Wait Time Policy:
- Non airport pick ups : We allow a grace period of 15 minutes. After that waiting time charges will be applied.
- Domestic Arrivals : We allow a grace period of 30 minutes after the actual arrival. After that charges will be applied.
- International Arrivals : We allow a grace period of 60 minutes after the actual arrival. After that waiting charges will be applied.
Cancellations & No Shows:
- All trips cancelled within 3 hours scheduled pick up time will be charged full fare.
- All no shows will be charged a full fare plus the waiting time.
- We shall not be liable for circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, road conditions and breakdowns.
- Our Company assumes no responsibility for lost or damaged baggage, personal belongings, or any other items left in the vehicle.
- The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the limousine caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party.
- Alcohol Consumption and drug use is prohibited by law. Smoking is not permitted.
- The driver has the right to terminate run without refund ( If there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client (s)).
- Our vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity.
- Offers Cannot be combined.
