Taj was extremely helpful and very accommodating. He tried very hard to help alleviate the severe pain my daughter was in due to a recent spinal operation. He was very kind and compassionate. He offered to drop off my suitcase at the hotel while I was admitting into Massachusetts General Hospital. That was a huge help!
